My name is Sandra Boulianne and this is my story.

I have been struggling with mental health for a part of my life. Today, I am speaking out loud about it. I am going to tell you why I have been struggling with mental health and what kind of events brought me here. I am also going to talk about my feelings towards mental health and how I did survive after all. I will also outline the professional services I had access to. Finally, I am going to talk about how important it is to speak openly about mental health in society. The effects and benefits this has had on my life.
