  1. In Zen the practice is to only notice thoughts. Either negative or positive is a wild goose chase or out of control train, which strengthens minds power and mind will run with whatever food it’s fed. The trick is to just sit with what is…only that. “Oh, here’s a negative thought. My daughter will fall off the horse.” Then…”Oh, here’s a positive thought. My daughter will win a first place ribbon.” Both are only fantasy mind stories. When your daughter walks in the door after riding then you’ll know!
