  1. The last time I entered into therapy, the therapist vanished one day and then ghosted me so I’m not so sure the personal touch is as valuable as it’s made out to be. Both all kinds of therapy is designed to get the patient to come to a health conclusion based on a prescribed approach. I like the idea of ai therapy better. It’s always there!
