Didn’t make me sweat at all.
My thoughts were: how much time does she spend on her wardrobe and make-up and then rehearsing and making her video and then uploading it?
And if she has her devices off when she’s out to dinner with her hubby, then she must not have kids or an aging parent or anyone else who is really important to her and relies on her. Or she must give all of those people the number to the restaurant where she and her hubby are dining.
I’ve never heard of Terri Cole, but based on this two-minute intro, I’m not a fan, though I do get her point.
But I tend to give most people a second and third chance.

As with all things I share, take what you need and leave the rest. Teri’s solution is not right for all of us but it does give me pause to think about my relationship with technology. Like I said, I do get her point; I just found parts of what she said didn’t cut the mustard and pass the critical thinking test. She should have thought a bit more about the point she was trying to make and anticipate some of the obvious counter-arguments. It would have made her video and her case stronger, and make her come across as less black and white in her thinking.
