For simple stuff like your ‘What is strong’ video, Windows Live Writer may be overkill. Just use ‘press this’ for curation…

If I’m using Windows Live Writer, I post to the blog as a draft and add the YouTube video as the final touch in the html tab. With simple posts like the ‘Strong’ video, just use ‘press this’ instead…
