Great advice!
Why?
Because resources that are rare, valuable, inimitable, and difficult to replicate (i.e. indispensable) are needed by organizations to create a sustained competitive business advantage. Human resources are the only resources that can meet these criteria, AND human resources are the only resources that can control their destiny to achieve these four criteria.
