Just spent an hour with my therapist and she told me I need to stop thinking what I was thinking and start thinking positive things. It dawned on me that what she was really saying was I needed to take what I call the ‘Perry Como approach’ of ‘Accentuate the Positive’ although she was unfamiliar with the song. This is 2:13 of some of the best mental health advice you can get!
