@sprintcare is an oxymoron

Earlier this month, an iPad Pro with a cellular modem was stolen from my vehicle. Sprint refused to triangulate the device and locate it for me because as they said they needed to protect the rights of the user aka the thief.

Then, after refusing to help me locate the device they had the audacity to offer me a deal on a new tablet and a paid service that would have helped me locate the device.

I have been a customer for over 13 years and currently spend about $3,000 per year with them. No more!

A Google Account; so much more than just Gmail

Whenver I begin to work with a new client, I immediately establish a Google Account that we both can share. Why? For practical starters, I don’t want access to someone’s Gmail account — that’s a whole lot of trust issue that I don’t want to deal with. Second, the account gives us a place to create, share and store together. Third? Look at all the tools that come with a Google account at no additional cost. There’s simply nothing that beats a Google Account for good, fast and cheap!

My buddy A. Brian Clark of DOTS Talent Solutions in Brisbane, Australia has an opportunity to get out front of an emerging concept with a solid thought leadership campaign. My advice to him? Mate, if you only do one thing to prepare, bone up on Brian Dean from Backlinko! I’d start with these 3 thoughts:

And perhaps the most important of all? The Skyscraper Technique

I look forward to seeing what Brian does with this data!
