Let Go of the Things that no Longer Serve You

In order to better our life, we need to let go of the things that no longer serve us. When we begin to let go of the things that no longer serve us, it’s like metaphorically cleaning house. When we clean house in our life, we start by letting go of people who no longer add to our quality of life. The majority of our relationships shift in nature and aren’t the same as they began. We may have a close friend that becomes more of an acquaintance and an acquaintance may turn into a close friend. Another aspect of cleaning house it letting go of our old ways of thinking. Old ways of thinking are usually made up of of thoughts that hold us back, limiting thoughts, limiting language, and our unique negative broken record based on family and pass limiting teachings and learned limitations. When we clean house we take a personal intiative to better our life, to let go of the things that no longer add to our quality of life, and offers us the room to bring in to our life what we need to positively push forward and succeed.
