@Regran_ed from @tarabrach – In Part 1 of Tara's 2 part series on "Rewiring for Happiness and Freedom" we explored how we can intentionally arouse states of wellbeing and, with practice, develop these states into ongoing traits that bring presence and joy to our lives. Gratitude – write down 3 things each day that you feel gratitude for. You might find a "gratitude buddy" to share with. * 2. Serving – One intentional act of kindness. * 3.
