We only live in one space: the present. It is important to let go of the past and the future and live where we are this very moment as fully as we can.

As the Dalai Lama says there are only two days on the calendar when nothing can be done at all; yesterday and tomorrow. Thanks for the reblog, Ivan — this meme is getting lots of traction…

I am prone to say that God puts us where we are for a purpose, so our responsibility is to find the purpose and then we may ‘bloom’ where we are as God planned it.

Profound for those of us who live under one of these tormentors. I spent more than a decade under such false guilt when I lost my mother. Not only did it not change the past but stole my present. Who knows what I could have accomplished in those years had I learned to let go what couldn’t be changed.
